SEEKING REPRESENTATION

Dear Agent or Publisher,

Thank you for giving The Voyage of the Albatross a look!

Because the book is a rather odd bird – a 117-page(!), 3400-word "picture book" for middle-grade readers – I suspected it might be a tough sell to agents and publishers.

So my original intent was to self-publish. I had gotten to the point of creating a small number of sample hardcovers when the book received a starred review from Kirkus Reviews (and, in December, selection to their "100 Best Indie Books of 2025"), and I decided to change course and cast out my line to you. 

The book remains unpublished, with no release date.
